As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and while I know it's her job, she truly went above and beyond!! Selinda was a pleasure to work with. Coming from another state, Selinda introduced us professionally to an area we were not familiar with. She guided us through the requirements specific to Florida while meeting all necessary deadlines. She knew what we needed and made sure we got the info in a timely and accurate manner. The closing on our new property was completed on time without issue.

I don't even know where to start! When I initially met Selinda, I wasn't ready to make a decision on buying a home. Selinda checked in and never gave up on me. She gave me time and space to make my decision. Selinda is kind and patient and literally made sure I found a home that I loved. I couldn't have gone through this process without her. She is an angel and I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a home. She treated me with so much respect and I felt like we became family. I closed on my home last week. I had worked with several agents before Selinda and they always seemed more focused on what they wanted me to buy vs what I wanted. I got randomly paired up with her at a house showing and she hit the ground running after that. She was amazing, keeping track of everything I wanted and keeping me grounded on what I could afford. I honestly couldn't have done it without her.
