Selinda Moore Group is a real estate team serving clients throughout Florida.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

By doing any of those things, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Brokerage Identification

Real estate brokerage services are offered through eXp Realty, LLC. Selinda Moore is a licensed real estate professional affiliated with eXp Realty, LLC, licensed in Florida (FL License No. 3532972) and Ohio (OH License No. SAL.2020007931). All references on this Site to “agent,” “team,” or “Selinda Moore Group” refer to licensed activity conducted under the brokerage of eXp Realty, LLC. Services in each state are provided under the license issued by that state. Nothing on this Site is intended to solicit a property currently listed for sale with another brokerage.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SELINDA MOORE GROUP, SELINDA MOORE, EXP REALTY, LLC, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON IT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Selinda Moore Group, Selinda Moore, eXp Realty, LLC, and their respective members, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or its data, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

20. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Venue. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Pasco County, Florida, or in the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Pasco County, Florida, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court in Pasco County, Florida. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in those courts to protect intellectual property rights or to stop unauthorized use, scraping, or misappropriation of Site or MLS data.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes us or our data providers to liability. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 5, 6, 12, and 16 through 20, will survive.

22. Accessibility

We are committed to making the Site usable by as many people as possible and are working to improve its accessibility on an ongoing basis.
