This Privacy Policy describes how Selinda Moore PA, doing business as Selinda Moore Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit selindamooregroup.com (the “Site”) or communicate with us. Selinda Moore is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida (FL License No. 3532972) and the State of Ohio (OH License No. SAL.2020007931), affiliated with eXp Realty, LLC. This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a showing or consultation, request a home valuation, subscribe to market updates, create an account, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number;
  • Property address and details you provide for a valuation or listing inquiry;
  • Your message content, property preferences, price range, and timeline;
  • Any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size;
  • IP address and approximate (city-level) location derived from it;
  • Pages viewed, listings viewed, searches performed, time on page, referring website, and links clicked;
  • Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.

We do not collect precise GPS location, and we do not knowingly collect government identifiers or payment card numbers through the Site.

2. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

The Site currently uses the following tracking technologies:

  • Essential cookies set by the Site and its platform to make core features work, such as saved searches, login sessions, and form submission security.
  • Hosting and infrastructure analytics, such as server logs and Cloudflare infrastructure services, which measure visits, page views, performance, and security events and may operate without cookies.
  • Embedded third-party content, such as maps, virtual tours, mortgage calculators, and social media feeds or share buttons. These providers may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies when the content loads or when you interact with it.

If we adopt additional analytics or advertising services in the future, such as Google Analytics or advertising and retargeting pixels, we will update this Privacy Policy to identify them and describe your choices before or at the time they are introduced.

Your choices. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may limit some Site features. Industry opt-out tools are also available, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no industry standard for them has been adopted.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request, including property searches, showings, valuations, and market information;
  • Connect you with Selinda Moore Group team members suited to your needs;
  • Send you listings, market updates, newsletters, and other communications you request or consent to receive;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding which pages and communities visitors are most interested in;
  • Measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
  • Comply with legal obligations, MLS rules, and brokerage requirements, and enforce our Terms of Use;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use of the Site and its listing data.

4. Calls, Emails, and Text Messages

When you submit your phone number or email through a Site form, we may contact you about your inquiry and the real estate information or services you request. Marketing calls and text messages, including communications sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice, are sent only where you separately opt in, in accordance with the consent presented to you at the time you opt in. Consent to marketing calls or texts is never a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time:

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help;
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us at [email protected];
  • Calls: ask us to stop calling, and we will honor your request.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the messaging service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose certain device identifiers, cookie information, and website activity to analytics and advertising providers as described in the Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies section. We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Beyond that, we share personal information only as follows:

  • Within the brokerage: with eXp Realty, LLC and Selinda Moore Group team members as needed to serve you and to comply with brokerage and licensing requirements;
  • Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Site and our business, such as website hosting, listing data connection services (Stellar MLS data delivered through Bridge Interactive), customer relationship management (CRM), email delivery, analytics, advertising, and appointment scheduling providers, who may use your information only to provide services to us;
  • With your direction or consent: for example, if you ask us to connect you with a lender, title company, inspector, or other professional;
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to enforce our Terms of Use;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business or the Site, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain our business records, comply with legal, licensing, and MLS record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Certain brokerage records are subject to retention requirements imposed by applicable real estate laws and brokerage policies. For example, Florida law generally requires qualifying brokerage business records to be preserved for at least five years. We may retain information longer where necessary for legal, regulatory, MLS, brokerage, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when transmitting information online.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, or to receive a copy of your information. To make a request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Regardless of where you live, you may at any time ask us to stop sending you marketing communications, update your contact details, or delete your lead record, and we will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to keep the information by law or brokerage rules.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. 10. Third-Party Websites

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including MLS-related tools, social media platforms, and partner services. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit through a link on our Site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
